Has\u00a0Mark Hamill of Star Wars fame joined the dark side? One woman claims he has.<\/p>\n

Maegan Chen, former girlfriend of Mark Hamill’s son Nathan (age 37), says the Hamill family pressured her to get an abortion after she revealed she was pregnant with Nathan’s baby, with Hamill claiming his son “is not ready to be a father.” Chen is suing to establish paternity and to collect child support for the baby, a girl who is due to be born on Halloween, according to the New York Post<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Chen reportedly met Nathan through Tinder. Three months after their first date, she discovered she was pregnant. According to Chen, Nathan immediately began insisting she abort the baby.\u00a0At one point, Chen says she complied, reportedly taking two abortion pills. When the pills did not work, Chen alleges Nathan increasingly demanded an abortion. In a\u00a0series of texts, Nathan allegedly told Chen,\u00a0\u201cIf you keep it, we won\u2019t hang out anymore,” and\u00a0\u201cNo money from a trust fund and no money from my parents. And you could be paying me child support if I have custody.\u201d<\/p>\n

But according to Chen, it wasn’t just Nathan who insisted she abort the baby – Mark and his wife Marilou also pressured her, she says. \u201cMark Hamill told me that I shouldn\u2019t bring a child into the world that nobody wants,\u201d Chen told The Post. Chen also claims that when she visited the Hamills in London, Marilou set up an appointment for Chen, for an abortion consultation. \u201cI thought I was going to get an ultrasound of the baby, not a referral for an abortion,\u201d explains Chen. \u201cNobody ever asked me what I wanted. I felt really pressured from them to get rid of the baby.\u201d<\/p>\n

Chen refused to abort, returned to the US, and ended her relationship with Nathan. In an email from an account which The Post claims is linked to Mark Hamill, Marilou allegedly told Chen, \u201cMeagan, you blew it. I don\u2019t want you to think this is a money making endeavour because you will be extremely disappointed.”<\/p>\n
