With almost 887 abortions a day, this means that Planned Parenthood does one abortion every 97 seconds.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" style=\"border: none; overflow: hidden;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/plugins\/video.php?href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Fliveaction%2Fvideos%2F10154479443488728%2F&amp;show_text=0&amp;width=560\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>With abortion being such a large part of Planned Parenthood&#8217;s business model &#8212; far from the <a href=\"\/news\/washington-post-3-pinocchios-planned-parenthoods-3-percent-figure\/\">claimed and debunked<\/a>\u00a0&#8220;3 percent of services&#8221; they tout &#8212; it&#8217;s worth wondering why the abortion giant shies away from such a focus. Even their CEO and president Cecile Richards played\u00a0dumb\u00a0about <a href=\"\/news\/at-congressional-hearing-cecile-richards-claims-planned-parenthood-annual-reports-are-false\/\">Planned Parenthood&#8217;s ever-increasing abortion numbers<\/a>\u00a0during her testimony before Congress in\u00a0September 2015.<\/p>\n<p>Former abortionist Dr. Anthony Levatino has documented what happens during abortion procedures, including those Planned Parenthood performs. Each and every abortion is horrific; there&#8217;s nothing pleasant about any of the procedures discussed and illustrated in the videos below:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/videoseries?list=PLRCroccSjXWR9HVr_ooA3ErEAR0SifdwY\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>It\u00a0has <a href=\"http:\/\/plannedparenthoodexposed.com\/\">been documented<\/a>\u00a0that Planned Parenthood is more than\u00a0willing to perform abortions for any and all reasons\u00a0\u2014in some instances, regardless of what the law in that state says. They&#8217;ve also <a href=\"\/news\/extreme-planned-parenthood-opposes-virtually-all-abortion-restrictions\/\">yet to meet<\/a> a law regulating or restricting abortion they didn&#8217;t like. In fact, one of Planned Parenthood&#8217;s goals is to <a href=\"\/news\/planned-parenthood-officials-want-late-term-abortions\/\">commit more\u00a0(and later) late-term abortions<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Some of the latest undercover footage from\u00a0Planned Parenthood <a href=\"\/news\/breaking-planned-parenthood-director-caught-on-tape-selling-aborted-baby-parts\/\">shows staff<\/a> of the abortion giant <a href=\"\/news\/planned-parenthood-admits-to-breaking-federal-law\/\">suggesting modified and late-term abortions<\/a>, including <a href=\"\/news\/statements-planned-parenthood-fail-address-illegal-partial-birth-abortion-technique\/\">illegal partial-birth abortions<\/a>, which are performed in order to maximize profit for those interested in harvesting body parts from later-term\u00a0aborted babies.<\/p>\n<p>But Planned Parenthood has always whitewashed\u00a0their own nefarious history, including and beyond the perpetual ignorance Richards displayed last September before Congress. During <a href=\"\/news\/planned-parenthood-ceo-falsely-told-congress-they-never-claimed-to-provide-mammograms\/\">her testimony<\/a>, Richards finally acknowledged that her organization is not authorized to perform mammograms, yet lied when she claimed they never said they performed them. Planned Parenthood and surrogates have been <a href=\"http:\/\/liveaction.org\/planned-parenthood-false-mammogram-claims\/\">documented repeatedly claiming<\/a>\u00a0that women rely on them for such services and that defunding the organization means women wouldn&#8217;t be able to get mammograms or other kinds of health care.<\/p>\n<p>Indeed, that is the cry we often hear, that those who want to defund the abortion giant are really defunding women&#8217;s health care. As it turns out, though, while Planned Parenthood focuses on abortion, their legitimate health care services and contraceptive services <a href=\"\/news\/planned-parenthood-health-care-services-declined-in-2014-while-taxpayer-funding-increased\/\">have significantly dropped<\/a>, while their taxpayer funding has increased. Reports <a href=\"\/news\/abortion-inc-new-report-shows-how-planned-parenthood-used-taxpayer-dollars-to-become-the-abortion-giant\/\">show<\/a> this has been a calculated trend for some time. And, despite being touted as a major health care provider, Planned Parenthood has over the years <a href=\"\/news\/planned-parenthood-lost-400000-clients-since-2006\/\">seen a decrease<\/a> in the amount of clients who utilize their &#8216;services.&#8217;<\/p>\n<div class=\"ArticleAd1\">\n<p><!-- \/1011927\/LAN_300_by_250_top_article --><\/p>\n<div id=\"div-gpt-ad-1473179053567-0\" class=\"ArticleAd1a\"><script>\ngoogletag.cmd.push(function() { googletag.display('div-gpt-ad-1473179053567-0'); });\n<\/script><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Sadly,\u00a0women <a href=\"\/news\/planned-parenthood-worker-we-had-no-resources-for-women-who-chose-life\/\">who try to<\/a> turn to Planned Parenthood for services other than abortion\u00a0are\u00a0often turned away. These aren&#8217;t just anecdotes. The statistics\u00a0for pregnant women who visit Planned Parenthood are dismal &#8212; according to their own annual reports, out of 9,455,582 annual services, only\u00a02,024 (.02%) of those were adoption referrals and 17,419 (less than .2%) were for prenatal care.<\/p>\n<p>The facts and figures are not on the side of Planned Parenthood supporters (even at the highest levels of government) who claim Planned Parenthood is about women&#8217;s health and not abortion.
