Yes, I am.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/bfWB7tcAdhw\" width=\"640\" height=\"355\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Visitors frequently leave comments; many are from women who were considering abortion but chose life instead. Anthony.\u201d Some people go to their <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/NewWaveFeminists\/info\/?tab=page_info\">Facebook page<\/a> for a reasoned discussion; others hope they get raped:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-88996\" src=\"https:\/\/www.liveactionnews.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/Rape-comment-700x94.jpg\" alt=\"Rape comment\" width=\"800\" height=\"108\" srcset=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/Rape-comment-700x94.jpg 700w, https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/Rape-comment-300x40.jpg 300w, https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/Rape-comment-768x103.jpg 768w, https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/Rape-comment.jpg 773w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/news\/raped-while-on-a-business-trip-my-husband-and-i-chose-life\/\">Jennifer Christie<\/a> actually <i>was<\/i> raped and refused to abort her son. Not everyone was happy about that: she was called \u201c<a href=\"\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/Jennifer-Christie-Comment-3.jpg\">stupid<\/a>,\u201d \u201c<a href=\"\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/Jennifer-Christie-Comment-1.jpg\">brain damaged<\/a>,\u201d \u201c<a href=\"\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/Jennifer-Christie-Comment-4.jpg\">f\u2013ked in the head<\/a>\u201d and \u201c<a href=\"\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/Jennifer-Christie-Comment-5.jpg\">an a\u2013hole<\/a>\u201d for <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/P45IQUUUe0s\">not killing him<\/a>. The message in one email was particularly blunt: \u201cI want to hurt you.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-88702\" src=\"\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/Jennifer-Christie-Picture-700x475.jpg\" alt=\"Jennifer Christie Picture\" width=\"474\" height=\"322\" \/><\/p>\n<p>These cases aren\u2019t aberrations; pro-life women are frequently <a href=\"\/news\/course-misogynists-hate-pro-lifers-abortion-makes-life-easy\/\">targeted for abuse<\/a>. Why is that? I think it\u2019s partly due to how they subvert talking points. After all, it\u2019s tough to say the pro-life message is about controlling women when women are\u00a0the ones spreading it.<\/p>\n<p>The way abortion helps misogynists is probably a factor too. Not only does abortion enable sex predators to <a href=\"\/news\/10-rapists-planned-parenthood-helped\/\">stay out of jail<\/a>, but \u201c<a href=\"\/news\/pro-abortion-group-talk-men-benefit-abortion\/\">bro-choice<\/a>\u201d writers explain how they use it to \u00a0\u201cexploit\u201d and \u201cuse\u201d women with \u201clow self-esteem\u201d and \u201cdaddy issues.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-76597 \" src=\"https:\/\/www.liveactionnews.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/Christian-McQueen-quote.jpg\" alt=\"Christian McQueen quote\" width=\"765\" height=\"232\" srcset=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/Christian-McQueen-quote.jpg 897w, https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/Christian-McQueen-quote-300x91.jpg 300w, https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/Christian-McQueen-quote-700x212.jpg 700w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 765px) 100vw, 765px\" \/>But I think there\u2019s another reason pro-life women attract hate: They\u2019re winning.<\/p>\n<p>In Michigan this year, Rep. Amanda Price and Rep. Nancy Jenkins <a href=\"\/news\/michigan-governor-snyder-signs-abortion-coercion-bills-into-law\/\">successfully fought<\/a> for tougher legislation against <a href=\"\/news\/bombs-bullets-and-abortion-here-are-the-facts-that-ilyse-hogue-and-naral-pro-choice-america-dont-want-you-to-know\/\">forced abortions<\/a>. In South Carolina, Gov. Nikki Haley a <a href=\"\/news\/south-carolina-gov-nikki-haley-signs-20-week-abortion-ban\/\">signed a bill<\/a> to protect pain capable children. And in Washington, Rep. Diane Black is helping to expose what the abortion industry <a href=\"\/news\/diane-black-recalls-story-woman-died-hands-fly-night-abortionist\/\">really looks like<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The victories aren\u2019t just political. Former Planned Parenthood clinic director <a href=\"\/news\/abby-johnson-planned-parenthood-kept-me-in-the-dark-on-my-abortion\/\">Abby Johnson<\/a> founded <a href=\"http:\/\/abortionworker.com\/\">And Then There Were None<\/a>, an \u201corganization that exists to help abortion clinic workers leave the abortion industry.\u201d Abortion survivors <a href=\"\/news\/rh-reality-check-called-abortion-survivors-myth-two-myths-just-testified-congress\/\">Gianna Jessen and Melissa Ohden<\/a> have spoken on how they were no less human before their deliveries than they were afterwards. And while leading <a href=\"https:\/\/www.care-net.org\/\">Care-Net<\/a>, Melinda Delahoyde helped connect pregnant women with material and emotional support along with information about parenting and adoption.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, other women have demonstrated that they <a href=\"\/news\/rep-diane-black-actress-amy-brenneman-tell-full-story-on-abortion\/\">didn\u2019t need abortion<\/a> to achieve their dreams. Olympic boxer Claressa Shields refused when a cousin asked for help getting an abortion. Shields offered <a href=\"\/news\/us-olympic-champion-saved-cousins-baby-from-abortion\/\">to adopt her baby<\/a> instead, and then went on to win back-to-back gold medals.<\/p>\n<p>Lila Rose is the founder of Live Action, and she isn\u2019t shy about calling abortion \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=vx-E2J05F8w&amp;feature=youtu.be\">an atrocity<\/a>.\u201d As long as she keeps doing that, the hate some have for her isn\u2019t going to stop.<\/p>\n<p>The good news?
